The NSU IT Fair-08 contains following segments:

• Inaugural Ceremony: Respected and renowned IT personalities, teachers of different universities and other respected people will be present to open the exhibition through an outstanding opening ceremony at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of the exhibition at the event venue.

• Corporate Participation: We expects leading corporate from the IT, Software, Hardware, Tele Communication, jobsites and any technology related disciplines to come, join and be a part of this mega event. There will be stalls allocated for segmented participator and interested participants should register beforehand to participate in this event. The interested companies have to confirm their participation by May 22nd, 2008. The companies have to send a brief description (maximum of 100 words per software) for every software and for hardware, telecommunication, jobsites and other sector the companies must send a brief description of their products (not more than 250 words) at NSUCC office or, nsucc@yahoo.com by the same deadline.

• Participants Contest: There will be a competition among the participating Universities based on the software & hardware project displayed by them which will be evaluated by a panel of Judges. The panel of judges will consist of IT personnel and faculties of different universities.

There will also a competition between the corporate sectors. The panel of judges will choose 3 best stalls for this competition.

• Seminars: Seminars will be arranged over different IT relates aspects during the show time. Interested companies to launch a seminar of their discipline should contact us for further arrangement before June 22^nd, 2008.


• Participation of Universities & other educational institutions

We also invite all the public and private universities, foreign universities and IT training center to come and join this exhibition. Each institute can present a maximum number of 3 (three) selected projects in the name of the institute. These have to be recommended by the institutional authority (Chairman or the head of the department or any similar designated official) and will be directly selected for the exhibition. The university participants are requested to confirm their participation by June 22^nd, 2008. They will also have to submit a brief description (maximum of 100 words per software) for each project at NSUCC office or nsucc@yahoo.com by June 22^nd, 2008.

• Campusing

Campusing is a new concept going to be introduced in the NSU IT Fair-08. This is a segment that will run throughout the whole event. For this segment there will be a space allocated where renowned companies will collect CV’s from the candidates and make recruitment. NSUCC is also capable of arranging some walk-in-interview at the venue if the companies demand for that. The campusing will be done in several time slots and the slots will be allocated to the interested companies. Interested companies are asked to register their slots before June 22^nd, 2008. 

• Free Internet Browsing Center

There will be a free internet browsing center at the event.

• Award giving Ceremony

There will be an award giving ceremony at the end of the event. It will be held on June 28^th, 2008 at 5:00 pm. In this ceremony we will invite guests from our sponsors and the award of the participant’s contest will be handed.
